Pain should never be part of intimacy and play (unless you want it to)
If you feel pain, see a doctor or a pelvic floor specialist to help understand what is going on with you and what you can do about it.
There could be many different things, and many that can be overcome or at least improved and managed.
Vaginismus is characterized by the presence of pain or apprehension associated with penetration.
All pain is real. But it doesn’t have to be there.
Pain is a warning signal. But if there is nothing to be afraid of, then its neuroplastic and you can change that.
You can find a lot of ways to overcome this by searching the internet. But just like having a personal trainer or therapist, all the information out there is not always right for you and may not be the right approach for you specifically.
This technique doesn’t require any injections or painful training, it works with pleasure and rewiring your neuropathways to create new a safe connection.
