Vägledare (Pathfinder)
Step into a world that hushes the outside noise.
Candlelight flickers gently across warm skin, shadows dancing on the walls as soft music wraps around you like silk. Tucked away from the outside world, silent, windowless, and fully attuned to your senses. My space invites your body to exhale, your mind to soften, and your awareness to awaken.
My hands meet your skin with intention and care, guided by your breath and the pressure you crave. I work slowly, deliberately, easing tension from your muscles and coaxing pleasure from beneath the surface. Each stroke draws you deeper into yourself, into sensation, into stillness, into surrender.
This is more than just relaxation. It’s a return to your body, your desire, your aliveness. Leave the world at the door. I’ll meet you here.
Vägledare
In Swedish, the word for my role is vägledare – a pathfinder, counsel and guide. I can, if you wish, vägleda – show the way to your desires.
Here, we will take a journey of sensual exploration and pleasure discovery. I am an open and understanding person with whom you can explore your erotic potential, learn to enhance your somatic embodied experience of sexuality, and of course, your pleasure.
I bring a range of practical and hands-on approaches, shaped by my personal experience, professional training in massage, and a deep understanding of how the body holds and processes emotion. My formal experience also includes studies in Sexological Bodywork, how to work with and treat vaginismus as well as support those with disabilities. I am currently studying how to support during and after pregnancy.
We begin wherever you are in your journey, whether you're seeking healing, discovery, relaxation, or deepened embodiment. Together, we chart a course tailored to your unique needs and desires.
If you are working with a therapist or other practitioner, I am happy to be in contact with them directly, with your consent. This can support a more integrated experience, especially when exploring intimacy, sexual surrogacy, or structured touch like cuddle therapy as part of a therapeutic process.
My offer, five core pathways:
Sensual Healing
Erotic Exploration
Embodied Ecstasy
Swedish Massage
Sexological Bodywork (one-way touch only)
These may not always be separate pursuits, your experience might blend elements from several, or focus on just one, depending on where you are and what you're seeking.
Please note that Sexological Bodywork follows a specific professional framework and is priced differently to reflect this structure.
Sensual Healing
You may have some past experiences that have affected your ability to fully open yourself to someone sexually and be yourself. This is a common adaptive self-protection mechanism that a person may guard themselves or detach from some part of their body as a result of past trauma or sensitivity, Vaginismus (presence of pain or apprehension associated with penetration, whether in thought or actual engagement), injury including childbirth, medical issue or challenge, or an experience of shame. The aim is to get you back into fully-embodied connection with yourself, your body and sexuality, and to be able to nurture that connection on your journey.
Erotic Exploration
We focus on how to enhance your erotic embodiment and pleasure, by learning about connection and intimate flow. We explore your wells of desire and sexuality to craft an encounter that enables that energy to flow, and explore its path and pleasures. My own erotic interests are diverse and devious, and I enjoy indulging your desires and your richly delicious erotic imagination. I encourage you to lean in to the process of ascertaining your arousal responses, discover and explore your fantasies and desires.
Embodied Ecstasy
The focus is on reaching states of ecstasy, through a curated experience of sensation and deep surrender. To achieve this, I create experiences designed to excite and awaken your body in pleasure, while quietening the mind. To facilitate you getting out of your head and into embodied pleasure and ecstasy, we will practise sensual bodywork, ecstatic breath, erotic entwinement and unwavering presence. You may choose to indulge in a wholly passive and receptive mode of experiencing, or to ramp up to a more mutual interaction.
Swedish massage
Swedish massage is a therapeutic massage technique that originated in Sweden. It utilizes a range of hand movements such as flowing strokes, kneading, and circular pressure to relax muscles and enhance blood circulation, promoting stress reduction and overall well-being. This type of massage is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels and the pressure can be adjusted to meet the client's preferences, ranging from deep tissue to light and gentle or even sensual.
Sexological Bodywork
This offering is focused on education, embodiment, and awareness through one-way touch and guided practices. Rooted in the Code of Ethics and professional framework of Sexological Bodywork, this is a clothed or partially clothed modality in which you remain the active participant. The aim is to support you in exploring your relationship with arousal, desire, sensation, boundaries, and self-touch, without performance pressure or expectation.
Sessions may include breathwork, pelvic mapping, anatomy education, mindful erotic touch, or coaching around orgasm, body image, or communication. Everything is guided at your pace, with consent and clarity at the core. There is no two-way touch, and I remain fully present and clothed in a grounded, practitioner role throughout.
This service is offered at a different rate and follows a distinct structure from my other sessions. It’s ideal for those seeking therapeutic erotic development, nervous system regulation, or to reclaim agency and understanding within their body and sexuality.
What to expect
In our work together, I draw on a range of tools to help you feel at ease, build confidence, and explore your desires through body-positive, sex-positive, and consent-centred practices.
You might come with questions like:
How can I increase sensation and pleasure in my body and genitals?
How can I regulate my arousal, erection, or orgasm (early or delayed)?
How can I build confidence in my sexual skills - touch, massage, oral, kissing, intercourse?
How do I ask for and receive feedback?
How do I figure out what I want? how do I ask for what I want?
How can I maintain a sense of pleasure and connection through stress, ageing, pregnancy, illness, injury, or disability?
Some sessions are more structured: we begin with a conversation, move into an embodiment or breath-based exercise, progress into hands-on or coached exploration, and finish with time to debrief and integrate. These sessions don’t follow the format of traditional erotic or sex work encounters. Orgasms are never expected—unless they’re part of your personal goals.
This space welcomes the full spectrum of experience. Sexual exploration can sometimes bring feelings of unfamiliarity or vulnerability, especially when trying something new. Awkwardness, laughter, curiosity, emotion, do-overs, and the opportunity to repair are all part of a longer journey. You don’t have to get it “right”—you just have to show up.
I warmly welcome people of all sexualities and gender expressions, including LGBTQIA+, people with disabilities, and those navigating new relationships with their body or sexuality—such as during pregnancy, gender transition, or recovery from trauma.
If you have any questions about my offerings or session structure, I encourage you to get in touch.
Meet and Greet and First session
If you're curious about working together but unsure where to begin, a meet and greet is a relaxed way to connect. It offers space to ask questions, share a cup of tea, and get a sense of whether this feels like the right fit. It's natural to feel a little nervous—this first step is about easing into comfort and clarity.
Your first session may be purely conversational or may include gentle, grounding touch, such as a therapeutic massage. This can help soothe the nervous system and foster trust, while offering a calm environment for connection.
If you're looking to explore sensitive or powerful themes—such as healing after trauma, navigating sexual identity, or reconnecting with your body—I recommend beginning with a two-hour session. This allows us to move at a spacious, unhurried pace with room for integration.
